Fidelis brings more than two decades of experience across information technology and cybersecurity, including security operations, incident response, cloud and enterprise security, and security engineering. That foundation has extended into applied AI, AI-assisted cybersecurity workflows, and business automation—work grounded in evidence, resilience, governance, and responsible technology adoption.
His experience also spans publishing, media, entrepreneurship, and the development of new ventures. UZURI Labs reflects that combination: technical depth, business practicality, global perspective, and a belief that strong ideas must ultimately become useful, maintainable systems.
He founded UZURI Labs to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and fragmented tools. The company’s work begins by understanding the organization, identifying the right opportunities, designing the simplest credible solution, and improving it over time.
